What happens when I hit a free-plan limit?

Salarier shows exactly where you stand against each limit in your workspace. When a limit is reached, the action pauses with a clear prompt to upgrade. Your existing documents and records stay available either way.

How does Premium work?

Premium is ₹499 per month, per company. Not per employee. You request access from your workspace and it is approved individually. Once active, every limit is removed and the Premium extras turn on: advanced themes, custom branding, 100 MB storage, priority support and API access. Applicable taxes are added at billing.

Is practice mode free?

Yes. Practice mode comes with sample data and never counts against your plan limits. Run every flow (payroll, invoicing, attendance) before real money moves.

What does file storage include?

Premium includes 100 MB of storage for uploads and generated documents, with up to 50 MB per file. The free plan keeps the documents you generate (payslips and invoices) safe without a storage allowance for uploads.

Is the same security included on the free plan?

Yes. Every plan gets the same protections: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, ownership-checked access, and share links with PINs and expiry dates.

Do you charge per employee or per invoice?

No. There are two prices only: ₹0 for Free and ₹499 per month for Premium. No per-seat math, no per-document fees.
